Yoga and Nutrition

HEAL was created based on the belief that all humans have the strength within to be able to generate change and lasting inner peace. HEAL services include various approaches to increasing awareness levels and bridging the gap between mental and physical health. HEAL collaborators are passionate about their specific expertise and willing to create an individualistic path to healing, goal achievement, and lasting results.

MEET THE TEAM 

Jillian Boyle - RYT 200hr Yoga Instructor, Reiki I Certified

Jillian began her journey into the world of yoga seeking a meditative mental release; she soon found that yoga was so much more than meditation. “The biggest misconception about yoga is that you need to be flexible in order to be “good” at it, when in reality you just have to be open-minded; yoga is a personal experience and can be anything you want or need it to be for you.”

As an instructor Jillian’s primary goal is to create sequences that are accessible for everyone regardless of age or experience; she strives to evoke emotions through readings, music, and creative movement. Fancying herself somewhat of a “theme weaver” Jillian draws inspiration from authentic life experiences, songs, quotes, and intuition. The goal of her class is to bridge the gap between mental and physical health by using breath work, stimulating asanas, and restoration.
